Uniform

The Department of Education WA has a policy regarding student uniforms. It is compulsory to wear correct school uniform. This includes no denim is allowed.

The school takes great pride in all students wearing the school uniform. The uniform consists of the Menzies CS polo shirt, black shorts and a hat. We also have school jackets and trackpants available. All uniform items are available from the front office. The prices are:

• School shirt - $20
• Custom Polo - $50
• Jumpers - $30
• Shorts - $10
• Track pants - $20
• Hats - $10

Jewellery should not be worn to school, with the exception of sleeper/stud earrings and any pieces that are of cultural significance.

For safety reasons, students are encouraged to tie hair back if it is shoulder length or longer.

Hat Policy

The school has a policy that children are to wear a wide-brimmed hat when doing physical education and when outside at play all year round. Hats can be bought from the front office. Please ensure your child’s name is marked on their hat, or alternatively ask us to use our white paint pen marker to label your child’s hat for you.
